1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialSpinWorld (the "Service"), operated by SocialSpinWorld Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. About the Service

SocialSpinWorld is a free-to-play social casino platform provided strictly for entertainment purposes. The Service uses virtual coins with no monetary value. There is no real-money gambling, no real-money prizes, and no ability to redeem virtual coins for cash, goods, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of value. Virtual coins cannot be transferred between users or converted into any currency.

Playing SocialSpinWorld does not constitute gambling. Past performance in any game does not predict future outcomes. All games are for amusement only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Washington State: Due to the ruling in Kater v. Churchill Downs, Inc. (formerly Bradley v. Big Fish Games), users located in Washington State are asked to refrain from using this Service. Washington state law may treat social-casino virtual chips as "things of value" in certain circumstances.

The Service is intended for users in the United States. Users outside the United States may access the Service but should verify compliance with their local laws.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features you may register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Virtual Coins

Virtual coins are provided solely for gameplay within the Service. They have absolutely no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services, or anything of monetary value. Any purported sale, transfer, or redemption of virtual coins is prohibited and void.

New accounts receive a starting balance of 1,000 virtual coins free of charge. We reserve the right to adjust starting balances, replenish coins, or modify the virtual economy at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age;
• Use bots, scrapers, automation tools, or artificial means to interact with the Service;
• Misrepresent your age or identity;
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any game or the platform;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, game assets, logos, and software, is the property of SocialSpinWorld Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALSPINWORLD LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, WHICH, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE, IS ZERO DOLLARS.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified on the Service.
